Learn about our shared ancient and modern history in an outdoor classroom with Zac Webb and Wadandi Rangers from Undalup Assoc.
As part of National Reconciliation Week, the banks of Goorbilup Bilya – the Blackwood River - will become an outdoor classroom to learn about our shared history with Wadandi Cultural Custodians, Zac Webb and Wadandi Rangers from Undalup Association.
Have a yarn with Zac as he shares his extensive kaartijin (knowledge) of ancient and modern history through the lens of Wadandi (Saltwater) People, and learn ancient cultural practices with Wadandi Rangers, such as tool making and reed weaving.
Morning tea will be provided. In the case of stormy weather, the event will move to Augusta Centennial Hall, 62 Allnut Tce.
This is a free event however registrations are required. Register your attendance here.
