There's still time to vote in Saturday’s Local Government Election.

On Saturday 21 October, your new Council members and Shire President will be decided.

There’s still time to hand deliver your ballot papers and cast your vote!

Here’s a friendly reminder about everything you need to know.

Voting packages

By now, you should have received your voting package in the mail. Please contact us if yours has gone missing. Replacement ballots are available from the Shire office in Margaret River during opening hours.

Returning your voting package

You can hand deliver completed ballot papers at the following locations:

Margaret River Shire Office
Tuesday 17 October, 9am to 4pm
Wednesday 18 October, 9am to 4pm
Thursday 19 October, 9am to 4pm
Friday 20 October, 9am to 4pm
Saturday 21 October, 8am to 6pm


Augusta Shire Office
Tuesday 17 October, 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 4pm
Wednesday 18 October, 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 4pm
Thursday 19 October, 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 4pm
Friday 20 October, 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 4pm
