The finalised agenda for the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel meeting reviewing the proposed Hotel and Restaurant development at Lot 11 & 12 Fearn Avenue, Margaret River on Thursday 4 July 2024 are now publicly available on the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website.The Local Government is required to publish a copy of the agenda on the Shire of Augusta Margaret River website in accordance with regulation 39(1)(b) of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011
