Friends of Augusta Land and Coast Care Group

The Augusta Land and Coast Care Group has operated for over a decade. During this time they've undertaken significant projects that have enhanced the beauty and amenity for both residents and visitors in Augusta.

The Augusta Land and Coast Care Group use local native plants propagated by the Augusta Community Nursery for their projects.

Volunteers undertake weeding and planting of areas of the coast and river in and around Augusta, with the objective of protecting and enhancing the habitat and conservation values of the area.
