Terms and conditions

• Bins are not transferable, therefore must remain on the premises to which it is delivered.
• All bins remain the property of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.
• Ensure your bin is placed out on the road verge by 6am on the bin collection day;
• The bin should be placed approximately one (1) meter away from the road, be (0.5) meters from other bins and should not obstruct any footpath;
• 1m clear of cars, mailboxes, and trees or under tree canopies
• The hinges should be placed AWAY from the road.

Your bin will not be collected if:

• Items are not contained within the bin.
• The bin lid is not fully closed.
• The bin is overloaded or too heavy - 70kg maximum.
