Position description and selection criteria
Customer Service Officer Position Description
You will be responsible for providing front line services to our Holiday Parks guests while also providing office administration support. Relevant experience in a customer service role is essential and experience within a Holiday Park will be highly regarded but not essential. The position will be required to work weekend days and public holidays within a rotating roster.
