This is a high-profile position reporting directly to the Director Corporate & Customer Services, where you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River’s replacement ERP system, including planning, executing, and delivering the ERP project on time and within budget. You will work closely with key stakeholders and the ERP vendor to achieve project and organisational goals.
Details
ERP Project Manager (HR 45/25)
- Maximum Term Full Time (up to 3-year contract)
- Salary package circa $160K per annum, negotiable for the right candidate
- Plus vehicle option, professional development, professional membership, superannuation & relocation expenses
Selection criteria
Professional qualification in Project Management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience in formal Project Management is essential. You will have proven experience in the delivery of complex ERP implementations or digital transformations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a high level of conflict resolution abilities, promoting effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration is required.
