The Shire has received a structure plan to allow for residential development of Lot 102 Bussell Highway, Cowaramup. The structure plan shows the intended development layout for the site, including the lot layout, road locations, public open space and access points to the site.

Anyone wishing to comment on the proposal can complete the submission form online. Submission period closes at 4pm Tues 13 February 2024.
