Minutes of the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) meeting are now available - Child Care Premises (P223094)

The finalised minutes of the Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) meeting of 7 June 2023 are now available at the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website. The proposed Child Care Premises at Lots 414, 415 & 416 Leschenaultia Avenue of Parent Lot 9014 John Archibald Drive, Margaret River was refused.

The Local Government is required to publish a copy of the signed minutes on the Shire of Augusta Margaret River website in accordance with regulation 44(7) of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.
