Fearn Ave Hotel Development - JDAP Meeting Minutes

The minutes of the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel meeting

reviewing the proposed development of  a hotel and restaurant at Lot 11 & 12 Fearn Avenue, Margaret River  on Wednesday 24 October 2023 are now publicly available on the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website.

The Local Government is required to publish a copy of the signed minutes on the Shire of Augusta Margaret River website in accordance with regulation 44(7) of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.
