The finalised JDAP meeting minutes are now available
The finalised minutes of the Regional JDAP meeting on held on 11 March 2025 to consider the proposed amendment to the Agriculture Intensive Brewery, Winery, Licenced Resturaunt, Rural Produce Sales (Cellar Door), Ancillary Infrastructure including parking for 413 (Lot 12) Burnside Road, Burnside, are now available on the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website.The Local Government is required to publish a copy of the minutes on the Shire of Augusta Margaret River website in accordance with regulation 44(7) of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.
