New Group Fitness Timetable Launched
With the silly season is approaching fast, but there’s no need to let the festivities weigh you down. The Rec Centre’s group fitness timetable has just been updated and includes more than 60 classes. Thump it out in a boxing class, torch some calories in high-energy RPM or find your zen in yoga class.
Classes are suitable for fitness levels, so give your whole body a workout while having fun and meeting new friends.
