Margaret River Airstrip – Lot 5452 Nozzle Road

The Shire has received an application for a lease for an office space and helipad at the Margaret River Airstrip and invites public feedback prior to entering into a lease with the applicant. 

The details are:

1. Description of Property:

Part of Lot 5452 Nozzle Road, Bramley (Reserve 50008) - Margaret River Airstrip

2. Details of Disposition:

a)    Names of the parties: Shire of Augusta Margaret River as Lessor and Jezebel Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Scenic Helicopters as Lessee.
b)    Consideration: Base rent to be paid by the Lessee is $1,850 per annum plus GST and outgoings with annual rent reviews.
c)    Lease term: 5 years plus further option of 5 years. 
d)    Market Value of disposition as determined by an independent valuation dated 6 February 2025: $1,850 per annum excluding GST and outgoings.
e)    Otherwise on standard commercial lease terms.
