Proposed Hotel Development - JDAP Agenda

The proposed hotel development on Fearn Ave Joint Development Assessment Panel meeting agenda is now available.

The finalised agenda for the Regional Joint Development Assessment Panel meeting reviewing the proposed hotel development - Lot 11 & 12 Fearn Avenue, Margaret River on Tuesday 24 October 2023 are now publically available on the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website.

The Local Government is required to publish a copy of the agenda on the Shire of Augusta Margaret River website in accordance with regulation 44(7) of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.
