The Shire has received a proposed Scheme Amendment for Lot 32 Darch Road, Margaret River.

The proposed Scheme Amendment has been submitted by the landowner who seeks to make minor adjustments and additions to the list of allowable land uses applicable to the as yet undeveloped Margaret River industrial estate.

This will allow further flexibility for a broader scope of potential uses that may seek to establish in the estate and that were not included in the original Amendment No. 66

The site is already zoned Industry.

Anyone wishing to comment on the proposal can complete the submission form online. Submission period closes at 4pm Monday 8 April 2024.
