Suspension of Prohibited Burning Period

In accordance with the powers delegated under subsection 17(10) of the Bush Fires Act 1954 (as amended), notice is given in accordance with subsection 17(7) of the Act that the: 
  • Prohibited Burning Period will be suspended at Midnight on Friday 3 May 2024
  • Restricted Burning Period will commence at Saturday 4 May 2024 and will be in force until Midnight Friday 17 May 2024 (unless varied)
