Natural land art piece created by artist Elaine Clocherty and community members
As part of NAIDOC Week, community members joined Wardandi Matriarch Vivian Brockman, Mitchella Hutchins and artist Elaine Clocherty to build a natural land art piece around the ‘Bora’.
Centred around djanga coombart 'family spirit', the event began with a Welcome to Country and included a smoking and cleansing dance ceremony, music and didgeridoo.
