About the opportunity

Reporting to the Coordinator Works, you will be responsible for leading a small team; undertaking renewal and maintenance of drainage and other civil infrastructure in the delivery of the Shire’s capital work program. The successful candidate will be able to assess and plan jobs, direct works to be undertaken safely and improve the performance of those around you. 

Demonstrated experience in drainage and/ or road construction coupled with a current HR Licence, and competency in the operation of an excavator are key to being successful in the role. The right candidate will demonstrate that they are able to lead, work collaboratively with other, and undertake basic business administration duties.

  • EA Level 5 ($78,058 - $84,494 per annum pro-rata)
