About the opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the Shire’s communications, marketing, events, media services and digital asset maintenance services, including formulation of key messaging to ensure alignment with the Shire’s strategic objectives. A key focus will be to ensure that the organisation is developing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all key touch points.

  • Full time employment, 76 hours/fortnight
  • EA Level 8 ($96,308 - $104,247 per annum)

Coordinator Communications Position Description

Previous experience in using customer experience design methodologies and approaches and exceptional interpersonal and de-escalation skills are essential to having success in the role. The successful candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and manage the performance of an operational team to create a customer-focused and positive work culture.
