About the opportunity

This position is responsible for delivering the technical production service for all performing arts events, meetings, conferences, exhibitions and business events held at Margaret River’s HEART precinct.

You will be required to implement the technical framework, including developing strategies, resourcing plans, budgets, policies and procedures, whilst working under limited direction to provide day-to-day coordination and administration of the HEART’s Technical Services.

  • Continuing, Full-Time employment – 76 hours/fortnight
  • EA Level 5/6 ($78,058 - $89,817 per annum) 
  • Plus superannuation, professional development, generous leave provisions and recreation centre membership

Production Supervisor Position Description

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in technical production, equipment management and technical systems in a fast-paced arts and cultural venue.
  • Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and venue management software.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and work autonomously in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience working and contributing to a multi-disciplinary team with high-level accuracy and attention to detail.
